Founder and Owner

Dr. Eric John Eusebio graduated from Centro Escolar University and went on to complete his pre-clinical and clinical studies at Loma Linda University. He received advanced aesthetics training at UCLA and underwent extensive instruction at the Las Vegas Institute for Cosmetic Dentistry, widely regarded as the premier institute for cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry worldwide. A proud U.S. military veteran, Dr. Eusebio served six years on active duty. His commitment to excellence continues through more than 100 hours of continuing education each year, ensuring his skills remain at the forefront of dental innovation. Beyond his clinical expertise, Dr. Eusebio is passionate about giving back. As a past president of the Association of Filipino Dentists of San Diego County, he helped raise thousands of dollars for charitable foundations including Thousand Smiles and the Child Watch Foundation, both dedicated to improving the lives of underserved children.

Dr. Lightman

Dr. Lightman is a seasoned dental professional with extensive experience in general, cosmetic, and family dentistry.

He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from New York University and holds a Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry, an honor that reflects his commitment to continued learning and excellence in patient care.

Known for his clinical expertise, thoughtful approach, and dedication to comprehensive treatment, Dr. Lightman has spent decades helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Dr. Walaa Raz

Dr. Razak is an experienced Associate Dentist who has been delivering comprehensive patient care since 2008. With a clinical background encompassing general, oral, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry, she brings a well-rounded approach to oral health and a deep commitment to patient-centered treatment.

Dr. Razak holds her earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degrees from University of Baghdad and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of the Pacific Dental School, where she cultivated her dedication to excellence in both technique and patient care. Known for her precision, warmth, and professionalism, she plays a key role in supporting the practice’s mission of providing compassionate, high-quality dental services to the community.

Dr. Milosavljevic

Dr. Milosavljevic is a dedicated Associate Dentist who began his clinical career in 2014, bringing a global perspective and a strong foundation in patient care.

He holds dental degrees from the University of Belgrade and Loma Linda University, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). His practice spans general dentistry, restorative procedures, and cosmetic treatments, with a focus on precision, aesthetics, and patient comfort.

Dr. Macias

Dr. Macias is a skilled Associate Dentist with six years of experience in delivering comprehensive dental care. A graduate of the University of La Salle’s International Dentist Program, she further advanced her clinical training through continuing education at UCLA. Her expertise includes general dentistry, cosmetic enhancements, restorations, and orthodontic treatment, and she is certified in Invisalign therapy.
